Installing Phone Book Service
Phone Book Service Setup creates directories and copies all of the executable and supporting files that the server needs. In order for registry updates to take effect, you must restart Internet Information Server (IIS) services. In addition, you must allow users other than "anonymous" to access FTP services.
To install Phone Book Service
-
Log on to your Connection Point server as a Windows NT administrator.
-
On your server computer, install Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack with Internet Information Server version 4.0.
-
Read the license agreement, and if you accept it, click Accept.
-
When prompted, click Custom. (If you have already installed any part of the Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack, click Add/Remove)
-

-
Click Connection Point Services, click Show Subcomponents, and then make sure Phone Book Service is selected.
