Removing Phone Book Administrator
If you need to uninstall Phone Book Administrator, you should first remove it. To remove Phone Book Administrator

In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.

Select Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack.

Click Add/Remove.

In the Select components list, click Internet Connection Services for RAS, and then click Show Subcomponents.

Click Connection Point Services, click Show Subcomponents, and then make sure Phone Book Administrator is not selected.
The process does not remove certain data files, including phone book databases and .pbk, .pbr, and .cab files. If you want a clean installation, you will have to delete those files manually.
To delete phone book data from Phone Book Administrator

Click Start, click Programs, and then click Windows NT Explorer.

Delete all folders under C:\Program Files\PBA.
