A phone book database uses the name of its corresponding phone book. For example, in the Connection Point Services Administration Guide, the ByteComp phone book was created along with a corresponding phone book database, ByteComp.mdb.
The following is a list of tables contained in a phone book database.
| Table name | Content |
| Bitflag | Provided service options |
| Configuration | Server-side production information |
| Country | Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) country codes |
| Delta | Partial phone book file record |
| DialUpPort | PO creation data |
| Language | (Not used in this version of Connection Point Services) |
| OSArch | Hardware architectures |
| OSTypes | Operating system |
| PhoneBookVersion | Phone book version |

The tables in the following sections illustrate data structures and sample data.
