Region files are simple text files that contain region names. The first line in the file is the numerical total of all the lines in the file. Region files help partition the POPs so that users can view access information specific to their geographical location.
Phone Book Administrator provides the following sample region file (Usstates.pbr).

Region names must be no more than 30 characters long.
