finally got the perfect sticker!

initially we tried to make a paper sticker with lamination, however, tests of the sticker showed that the paper base is still sensitive to moisture and the result does not correspond to our desire to make quality.
Then they made a sticker on OraJet plastic film - the result is excellent, but I had to do a lot of iterations with adjusting the dimensions, especially for the CF slot.







All is ready! we start distribution according to the order of receipt of funds!

i think it would be correct to make some clarifications

1.As you can see, the audio connector has been moved to the other side of the PCB to reduce the complexity of milling the cartridge case.

2. I'm sure you will notice that almost all tantalum capacitors have been replaced with ceramic capacitors.
reasons for replacing two
- in the sound circuit, correctly place non-polar capacitors . 4 pieces of tantalum 4.7μF 25V are replaced with ceramic non-polar SAMSUNG 4μF 50V.
- in power circuits, ceramic capacitors are preferable, since they have a lower internal resistance. in fact, in ordinary life, tantalum capacitors or other oxide capacitors are blocked by ceramic to reduce resistance at high frequency. I have the opportunity to supply ceramic capacitors right away - I develop other boards and order ceramic capacitors in bulk and such a replacement is not expensive.

All these replacements are made with only one goal - to achieve maximum product quality!
